Personally I'd love to go ork again with the new area of view you guys added which was wonderful for large races.
But I think the backpack carry weight racial is very stupid. Maybe it wouldn't be as dumb if it was a 50% increase but so like max carry is 600 instead of 400 but i know the current max limit with the racial is almost useless.
I really think the carry weight perk should be for crafting dwarves.
And orks should get a racial like better defense to melee and archery like mahirims have. It would fit into their lore better as tank like creatures.
They really dropped the ball on some races agreed..who wants to carry more lol. Comical when compared to others agreed.
50% weight increase would be way overpowered.
The racial bonus of added weight capacity I think is fine but maybe we should increase it to 50 kg?
Racials are designed to be minor so that it doesn't affect all playstyles to pigeon hole a race.
That's still 25% extra, half a mount and a total of 465kg but it's definitely a benefit. I think an increase of 35kgs for a total of 450kg would be more acceptable but other races will still be envious of our giant Ork muscles just as we're jealous of their sparkling elf eyes.
Melee dmg, arguably one of the best, if not "the best" racial. Then the stat bonus they get is health, which also happens to be the best. Then a minor racial as carry weight, which also arguably is potentially "the best" in that class as well. They are more than fine.
I've never had an issue with carry weight so I think the racial is useless but I guess the guys that run from fights trying to bait need 3 mounts. Or the mounted fighters. Which I also don't do so again kinda useless.
I think racials really should be chosen skills maybe call them genetic traits. Allow us to pick 1 offensive, 1 defensive, 1 craft, and 1 stat
which leads to everyone being the race that would be considered the most "op" paired with the most "op" racials
What the current weight racial is though on orks is definitely not enough unless someone wants to carry a few extra pots
Alfar should have increased piercing dmg with daggers.
Giving the race with the shortest reach in game increased dmg with the weapon that has the shortest reach in game
Yo don't underestimate jumping in to a wof and daggering somone down.

Of course it would be, but orks already got a passive with dmg for every melee weapon type. Carry weight beats any crafting 3rd racial and it beats id tagging range.

wait, are you saying you want orks to get an insane racial(melee dmg), an insane stat racial(health) AND you want a 3rd racial that is what, on par with mahirim hunt speed or something? It's carry weight, more important than a lot of other tier 3 racials, im not really understanding where the complaint comes from.

you've asked me before and i already answered yes. Do you not remember? Also, how is me playing the game at all relevant when comparing a racial. Its literally carry weight, something that actually matters in game and there are plenty of times people go overburdened just by a tiny bit. Now even more so with auto looting a head on gank
